Software Sales Director Opportunity

ASAP Talent Services is partnering with a global software business to recruit a seasoned Software Sales Director to spearhead the launch of a new SaaS Enterprise Reporting solution.

The ideal candidate will have 8-12+ years of experience in software sales, with a proven track record of success in driving sales growth and leading high-performing teams.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing targeted sales strategies to drive revenue growth
  • Leading a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with CIOs, IT VPs, and Directors of Enterprise Reporting
  • Conducting product demos and setting up meetings with potential customers
  • Managing sales cycles and closing deals worth $50k to $350,000

The successful candidate will be a self-motivated, results-driven individual with excellent communication and leadership skills. They will thrive in a fast-paced environment and be comfortable working with KPIs and analytics.

Location: Major cities in the US (e.g. Dallas, Houston, Austin, Atlanta, Chicago)

Target Compensation: $125-140,000 + bonus for OTE ($200k+)
