Account Manager, Commercial Lines Specialist

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Account Manager, Commercial Lines to join our Business Insurance team at US012 Marsh & McLennan Agency LLC. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for servicing, growing, and retaining an existing commercial book of business.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage workload by processing daily servicing tasks, including account maintenance and renewal processing.
- Assist the team with marketing and placement of new and renewal commercial accounts, leveraging your expertise in commercial insurance to drive growth and retention.
- Collaborate with the Account Director/Account Executive to develop and implement business strategies that drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their objectives.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, applying your knowledge to drive business growth and improve customer outcomes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Minimum 1-3 years commercial insurance experience, with a strong understanding of property/casualty insurance principles and practices.
- Property/Casualty license or ability to attain preferred.
- Licensed Insurance Counselor license or ability to attain required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
- High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
