About the Role

VIP Staffing is seeking a highly skilled Business Development Consultant to join our team in the San Antonio area. As a Business Development Consultant, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities with light industrial companies and professional offices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic sales programs to aggressively generate sales within your territory
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and customers to understand their staffing needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Collaborate with the recruiting team to ensure seamless order life cycles, resolve problems, and develop business through exceptional customer service
  • Conduct outdoor in-person cold calls and phone calls to identify new business opportunities
  • Manage multiple clients and prioritize their needs to drive business growth
Requirements
  • 2-5 years of experience in the staffing industry
  • Strong written and oral communication skills, with above-average presentation skills
  • Proven skills in business development, sales, and marketing
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and prioritize their needs
  • Strong computer skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Project, MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel
  • Ability to maintain a good working relationship with a diverse workforce and broad client base
