Account Management Executive

Job Description: We're seeking a skilled Construction Management Lead to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for leading the bidding process for conceptual and hard-bid estimates across various markets in the Madison area. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Leading preconstruction efforts, including estimating, budgeting, and scheduling
- Fostering relationships with clients, team members, and subcontractors to drive business growth and quality results
- Working closely with project managers, estimators, and engineers to ensure accurate bid proposals and successful project execution
Bonus Program (Project Based): Our company offers a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $150,000 per year, plus benefits like medical, vision, dental, and life insurance. Additionally, you'll have opportunities for career growth and professional development through our bonus program.
Requirements: To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field. You should also possess excellent technical skills with Microsoft Office, Excel, estimating database software, and Onscreen takeoff. Furthermore, you should have at least 5 years of experience in construction management, preconstruction, or a related field.
