We are seeking a dynamic and driven individual to join our team and help businesses optimize their ground transportation budgets while ensuring exceptional service for business travelers, executives, and meeting participants. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and a proven track record in a similar role, looking to take the next step into a closing position.

The key responsibilities of this role include:
  • Managing a full outbound sales cycle, from prospecting to close.
  • Identifying and defining ideal customer profiles and scheduling meetings with qualified key decision-makers.
  • Collaborating with team members to develop strategies for lead generation and conversion.
  • Defining and executing territory strategies.
  • Holding sales meetings with prospective clients and uncovering business solutions by asking qualifying questions.
  • Overseeing sales opportunities and follow-ups accordingly.
  • Facilitating quotes and contracts to clients.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of leads, accounts, and opportunities in the CRM system.
  • Ensuring that all relevant information is documented, providing a comprehensive overview of each lead's status and potential.
  • Collaborating on sales forecasting to leadership team.
  • Achieving sales targets and outcomes within the timeline.
  • Providing client feedback to internal teams.

To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate should possess:
  • At least 3 years of sales experience.
  • Experience in outbound prospecting techniques, tools, and processes.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems.

Prior experience in the transportation/hospitality industry, working at startups, or being a motivated self-starter would be beneficial but not required. This role offers an hourly rate of $10-30 per hour and uncapped commission based on deal closure. Estimated annual salary: $120,000.
