We are seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Representative to spearhead sales efforts across key US markets. This role is ideal for individuals with a passion for sales and a proven track record in a similar role, looking to take the next step into a closing position.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to close, utilizing expert outbound techniques and tools.
  • Identify and define ideal customer profiles, schedule meetings with qualified key decision-makers, and develop strategies for lead generation and conversion.
  • Collaborate with team members to design effective territory strategies and execute them to achieve sales targets.
  • Hold sales meetings with prospective clients, uncover business solutions by asking qualifying questions, and oversee sales opportunities and follow-ups accordingly.
  • Facilitate quotes and contracts to clients and maintain accurate records of leads, accounts, and opportunities in the CRM system.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience required.
  • Experienced in outbound prospecting techniques, tools, and processes.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail, excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, familiarity with CRM systems.
Compensation:

$120,000 On-Target Earnings, Hourly rate $10-30 per hour, Uncapped Commission: % per deal closed.
