A top Madison-based general contractor seeks an experienced Construction Superintendent to lead their team of construction professionals in delivering high-quality multifamily projects.

About the Role

As a key member of the project management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of projects within budget, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide overall on-site leadership, coordination, and management of construction projects.
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the construction site, ensuring adherence to project schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Monitor and enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all project personnel.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience as a Construction Superintendent in commercial construction, with a proven track record of successfully managing and delivering projects.

We are looking for someone with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, the ability to effectively manage time, prioritize tasks, and meet project deadlines. A solid understanding of construction safety practices and regulations is also essential.

This is a salaried position with a base salary range of $95K-$115K, depending on skill and experience. Other benefits include a company truck with gas card, a strong bonus structure tied to personal and company performance, employer-sponsored healthcare, dental, and vision, and 3+ weeks PTO.
