Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced National Sales Strategy Executive to lead our sales strategy across the country. This senior role involves managing teams, building relationships, and achieving revenue goals.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement national sales strategies to drive business growth.
  • Manage and mentor regional sales managers to ensure team success.
  • Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies as needed to meet revenue targets.
  • Negotiate and close large deals with key accounts to expand customer base.
  • Represent the company at national trade shows and events to promote brand awareness.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales leadership roles with a track record of success.
  • Excellent strategic planning and analytical skills to drive business decisions.
  • Ability to travel frequently to meet with clients and attend industry events.
  • Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills to build and maintain relationships.
  • MBA or equivalent preferred for advanced business acumen.

Salary Range: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum based on experience and qualifications.
