Business Development Executive Opportunity

LJB Inc., a national engineering firm, is seeking a Business Development Executive to join our Safety team. As a key member of our team, you will support existing clients and create new opportunities for LJB's safety practice.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a sales plan in targeted areas or regions.
  • Prospect new and dormant fall protection centered clients.
  • Engage in networking events and conduct discovery meetings with prospects.
  • Execute a prescribed sales process and document events and activities.
  • Support proposal development and collaborate with team members to ensure delivery capability and project execution.
Requirements:
  • B.S. degree in architecture, civil engineering, construction management, or safety.
  • 5+ years of sales experience, preferably in the A/E/C industry.
  • Previous experience as a client manager or with client management.
  • CRM database experience preferred.
