It serves as the initial point of contact for our customers, providing a unique opportunity for growth and development. As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for qualifying inbound opportunities, prospecting for new leads, and building a sales pipeline to drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct needs analysis calls with inbound marketing qualified leads (MQLs) to assess their business needs and identify potential opportunities.
- Document discussions and qualifying questions in a CRM system to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Schedule discovery discussions with sales organization members and provide supporting documentation as necessary to facilitate a smooth transition.
- Nurture prospective customers through the sales process, providing regular updates and follow-up as needed to ensure a successful outcome.
- Prospect for new sales opportunities using best-in-class sales engagement tools and techniques to identify and pursue new business leads.
- Collaborate with sales representatives to develop and implement effective prospecting strategies, ensuring a consistent and high-quality sales pipeline.
- Meet daily KPI requirements, including phone calls, emails, and other key performance indicators to measure success.
- Work closely with marketing to develop and execute strategic marketing campaigns and initiatives that drive business growth.
