Job Summary

This is a part-time position within the AEG Sales Department. The AEG Sales Team consists of an energetic team of individuals who are enthusiastic and looking to add sports ticket sales to their resume. Sales is the gateway to learn best practices for networking in different fields, managing business relationships and developing a good reputation. We are looking to add individuals who will assist our current full-time sales staff with selling, prospecting, game day activation and generating actual revenue.

Core Responsibilities
  • Establish professional relationships in order to create repeat business and superior customer service.
  • Utilize and maintain effective contacts (sales leads) through the use of the client relationship management system.
  • Call past customers and new customers to generate ticket revenue.
  • Handle incoming sales calls from prospective clients for all ticket packages.
  • Run appointments and tours of the facility to aid in obtaining new business and developing new relationships.
  • Maintain complete and accurate customer records.
  • Staff all home games to assist ticket sales promotional programs.
  • Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the client relationship management system.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • 0-2 Years of relevant work experience.
