Position: Healthcare Supply Chain Coordinator

Location: Remote

We are in search of a meticulous and proactive Healthcare Supply Chain Coordinator to become a vital part of our innovative team. The selected individual will play a crucial role in managing the procurement of essential supplies for our healthcare facilities. A significant aspect of this role involves extensive use of Excel for data management, tracking, and organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Examine and validate source documents, including invoices and sales reports, ensuring accurate data entry into designated systems.
  • Identify and rectify data entry discrepancies submitted by team members.
  • Conduct audits to ensure data integrity against source documents.
  • Monitor and review logs of activities and completed tasks.
  • Perform data manipulation tasks, including organizing and cleaning data within Excel.
  • Place orders for medical supplies to maintain optimal inventory levels.
  • Confirm order specifics and ensure all necessary information is complete and accurate.
  • Collaborate with warehouse personnel to oversee inventory management and product availability.
  • Coordinate with shipping partners to arrange pickups and monitor delivery statuses.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in order processing or customer service, ideally within the healthcare supply sector.
  • Prior experience in data entry and medical supply procurement.
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP functions.
  • Strong command of Microsoft Office and familiarity with order management systems.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.
  • Outstanding communication and customer service abilities.
  • Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; an associate degree is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Hourly Rate: $18 - $20, commensurate with experience.
  • Weekly pay cycle with comprehensive medical, dental, and vision benefits.
  • Work Schedule: Monday to Friday with flexible shifts available.
