  • Collaborating with designated departments to assess requirements and formulate effective solutions.
  • Providing expert procurement advice to maintain the integrity of the procurement process.
  • Drafting solicitations (RFQ, IFB, RFP), amendments, modifications, determinations, findings, contracts, and associated documentation.
  • Leading the solicitation process on behalf of the relevant department.
  • Overseeing RFP evaluation committees, offering guidance and instructions throughout the procurement cycle.
  • Evaluating procurement transactions to ensure compliance with applicable codes and regulations.
  • Reviewing specifications and assisting departments in developing specifications for goods and services.
  • Acting as a liaison with suppliers on behalf of the organization and Procurement Services.
  • Supporting departments in identifying supply sources, interpreting terms, and resolving supplier-related issues that cannot be reconciled internally.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High School diploma or GED.
  • A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in procurement or a related field.

The compensation range for this position reflects our good faith belief regarding the pay we would offer at the time of posting. Actual pay may vary based on factors such as education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contracts, and business needs. This range is subject to change.

We provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), as well as life, disability, and ADD insurance for eligible employees. Salaried employees receive paid time off, while hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless mandated by law. Hourly employees working on a Service Contract Act project are entitled to paid sick leave.

Note: Compensation is not considered earned until it is vested and determinable. The amount and availability of any compensation remain at Kforce's discretion until paid and may be adjusted in accordance with the law.

This position is not eligible for bonuses, incentives, or commissions.
