TPG Pediatrics is seeking a FULL TIME Front Desk Administrative Coordinator with 2 to 3 years of experience in medical reception to become a part of our dedicated healthcare team.

As a prominent pediatric practice in Northern Virginia, we are committed to delivering exceptional patient care. TPG values work-life balance and offers opportunities for professional growth for all employees. While 2 to 3 years of experience is preferred, we are open to training the right candidate. Ensuring employee safety is a top priority at TPG, with established daily cleaning protocols and PPE provided for all staff.

The position entails a daytime weekday schedule from 7:10 AM to 5:30 PM, with a monthly rotation in our Saturday clinic. Additional hourly wage differentials are provided for Saturday morning shifts.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Deliver a warm and professional welcome to patients and visitors.
- Manage a high volume of incoming calls with courtesy and professionalism.
- Collaborate with the team to utilize the scheduling matrix for patient appointments.
- Collect copayments and outstanding patient balances, as well as insurance information.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- High school diploma/GED required (Associate degree preferred).
- 2 to 3 years of experience in medical reception is highly preferred, but we are willing to train the right individual.
- 1 year of customer service experience is preferred.
- Familiarity with Electronic Medical Records (EMRs) is desirable.

- Excellent customer service skills.
- Proficient in reading, understanding, and following both oral and written communications.
