Our offerings also include VoicePro, a speech recognition tool for clinical documentation, Identity, a secure fingerprint scanning solution, and a digital imaging system that integrates with our imaging software.

Moreover, we offer an automated online data backup service, billing software for generating monthly statements, and a solution for processing debit and credit transactions, including the Citi Health Card for patient financing. Our services cater to single or multi-site practices, community health centers, hospital-based dental clinics, and educational institutions.

Position Overview

Job Summary

The Chief Financial Officer will oversee all global management accounting functions, including budgeting and financial performance management, while ensuring compliance with statutory accounting regulations. This role will also encompass legal, regulatory, and compliance responsibilities, along with involvement in mergers and acquisitions, financial modeling, and strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Lead global management accounting, planning, and analysis, including budgeting and monthly forecasts.
  2. Report daily sales, monthly headcount, and other corporate metrics.
  3. Supervise statutory accounting matters for the global business.
  4. Provide leadership and guidance to finance leaders across various business units.
  5. Ensure accurate monthly US GAAP reporting, including financial analysis and variance commentary.
  6. Deliver insights on financial performance to support business objectives.
  7. Act as a strategic partner to the CEO in forecasting and evaluating financial performance.
  8. Identify and implement strategies to enhance profitability.
  9. Streamline financial operations and foster cross-unit synergies.
  10. Serve as a liaison with corporate functions on behalf of the organization.
  11. Manage financial aspects of acquisitions, including modeling, due diligence, and integration.
  12. Coordinate legal, regulatory, and compliance functions as directed by the CEO.
  13. Oversee special projects as they arise.
Qualifications
  • 15+ years of progressive management experience.
  • A minimum of 5 years in an executive-level finance role.
  • Experience in public/private accounting within a technology sector.
  • Current CPA license is mandatory.
  • Background in a U.S. multinational corporation.
  • Experience with mergers, acquisitions, and business integrations.

Education:

  • Master's degree is required.

Knowledge and Skills

  • Proficient in PC applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. Familiarity with SAP is essential; Hyperion experience is a plus.

Travel Requirements:

  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
