About This Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Parts Operations team as a Parts Advisor. This role will play a critical part in ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillments, interacting with large customers, and streamlining parts revenue. The successful candidate will be responsible for pulling, assembling, and shipping parts to support the health and functionality of our Live Units, while working closely with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Interaction: Build trust and improve processes through effective communication with large customers.
  • Shipping and Logistics: Define shipments through reputable carriers, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
  • Order Fulfillment: Pick, process, and fulfill orders in our ERP/Sales system, ensuring quick turnarounds when issues arise.
  • Hardware Configuration: Build and configure hardware components to communicate with our systems, ensuring seamless integration.
  • Kit and Component Development: Collaborate with the team to define new kits and components for ease of installation in the field.
  • Inventory Management: Update and maintain accurate records of customer parts inventory, parts sales, and field replacement.
  • Team Collaboration: Contribute to the overall team effort of shipping parts and maintaining a strong Parts Operations department.
Requirements
  • Previous Shipping Experience: Preferred but not required.
  • Sales or Customer Service Background: Essential for effective customer interaction.
  • Computer Skills: Familiarity with Microsoft Office and ERP/WMS systems.
  • Warehouse Environment: Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
  • Team Player: Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Attention to Detail: Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.
