Furthermore, we offer automated online data backup services, billing software for efficient statement management, payment processing solutions, and a patient financing application. Our services cater to single or multi-site practices, community health centers, hospital-based dental clinics, and educational institutions.

Position Overview

Role Summary

The Chief Financial Officer will oversee all global financial management activities, including budgeting, financial performance oversight, and statutory accounting compliance. This role will also encompass legal, regulatory, and compliance responsibilities, along with involvement in mergers and acquisitions.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Lead global financial management, planning, and analysis, including budgeting and forecasting.
  2. Report daily sales, monthly headcount, and other corporate metrics.
  3. Supervise statutory accounting matters for the global organization.
  4. Provide leadership and guidance to finance leaders across various business units.
  5. Ensure compliance with US GAAP for financial reporting and variance analysis.
  6. Deliver insights on financial performance to support business strategies.
  7. Collaborate with the CEO to forecast and assess financial outcomes.
  8. Identify and implement strategies to enhance profitability.
  9. Streamline financial operations and promote cross-unit synergies.
  10. Act as a liaison with corporate functions on behalf of the organization.
  11. Manage all aspects of acquisitions, including financial modeling and due diligence.
  12. Coordinate legal and compliance functions as directed by the CEO.
  13. Oversee special projects as required.
Qualifications
  • 15+ years of progressive management experience in finance.
  • Minimum of 5 years in an executive finance role.
  • Experience in public or private accounting within a technology-driven environment.
  • Current CPA license is mandatory.
  • Experience with U.S. multinational corporations.
  • Proven track record in mergers, acquisitions, and business integrations.

Education:

  • Master's degree is required.

Knowledge and Skills

  • Proficient in PC applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. Familiarity with SAP is essential; Hyperion experience is a plus.

Travel Requirements:

  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
