Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Provide customers with product information and direct them to relevant dealership resources.
  • Present financing options and follow up with leads to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Participate in team development sessions to improve processes and maintain positive relationships with teammates and management.
  • Utilize CRM tracking systems to monitor customer interactions and sales performance.

Requirements:

  • At least one previous role in customer service experience.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills, with a collaborative attitude and eagerness to improve.
  • Prompt and courteous demeanor, with a positive and hardworking personality.
  • Strong computer skills and a valid driver's license.
