Job Title: Territory Sales Representative - Texas and Bordering States

Location: Texas and Bordering States (Travel Required)

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Territory Sales Representative to join our team and help us expand our market presence in Texas and the surrounding states.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a sales plan to identify and target potential customers within the assigned territory and in accordance with company strategy.
  • Secure appointments with decision-makers at healthcare and correctional facilities to present and demonstrate our meal delivery equipment.
  • Drive to customer and prospect locations within Texas and neighboring states to conduct on-site product demonstrations and presentations.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Maintain and create customer/prospect records and interactions within a CRM.
  • Collaborate with the internal team to ensure a seamless transition from sales to installation and ongoing customer support.
  • Provide accurate and timely reports on sales activities, including customer feedback, market trends, and competitor analysis.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and objectives set by the company.
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences as needed to network and promote our products.
  • Maintain knowledge of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (required).
  • Previous sales experience, particularly in outside sales, is highly desirable.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively while traveling extensively within the assigned territory.
  • Self-motivated with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Familiarity with the healthcare or correctional facility industries is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel extensively, including overnight stays as needed.
