Job Title: Territory Sales Representative - Texas and Bordering States
Location: Texas and Bordering States (Travel Required)

We are a leading provider of meal delivery equipment specifically designed for correctional and healthcare facilities. Our mission is to deliver innovative, reliable, and high-quality system solutions that meet the unique needs of our clients. We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Territory Sales Representative to join our team and help us expand our market presence in Texas and the surrounding states.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a sales plan to identify and target potential customers within the assigned territory and in accordance with company strategy.
- Secure appointments with decision-makers at healthcare and correctional facilities to present and demonstrate our meal delivery equipment.
- Drive to customer and prospect locations within Texas and neighboring states to conduct on-site product demonstrations and presentations.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Maintain and create customer/prospect records and interactions within a CRM.
- Collaborate with the internal team to ensure a seamless transition from sales to installation and ongoing customer support.
- Provide accurate and timely reports on sales activities, including customer feedback, market trends, and competitor analysis.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and objectives set by the company.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences as needed to network and promote our products.
- Maintain knowledge of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent (required).
- Previous sales experience, particularly in outside sales, is highly desirable.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively while traveling extensively within the assigned territory.
- Self-motivated with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Familiarity with the healthcare or correctional facility industries is a plus.
- Willingness to travel extensively, including overnight stays as needed.
