We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Territory Sales Representative to join our team and help us expand our market presence in Texas and the surrounding states.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Implement a Sales Strategy: Develop and implement a sales plan to identify and target potential customers within the assigned territory and in accordance with company strategy.
  • Secure Appointments: Secure appointments with decision-makers at healthcare and correctional facilities to present and demonstrate our meal delivery equipment.
  • Conduct On-Site Product Demonstrations: Drive to customer and prospect locations within Texas and neighboring states to conduct on-site product demonstrations and presentations.
  • Build and Maintain Relationships: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Manage Customer Interactions: Maintain and create customer/prospect records and interactions within a CRM.
  • Collaborate with the Internal Team: Collaborate with the internal team to ensure a seamless transition from sales to installation and ongoing customer support.
  • Provide Accurate Reports: Provide accurate and timely reports on sales activities, including customer feedback, market trends, and competitor analysis.
  • Achieve Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed sales targets and objectives set by the company.
  • Attend Industry Events: Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences as needed to network and promote our products.
  • Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Trends: Maintain knowledge of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent (required).
  • Previous Sales Experience: Previous sales experience, particularly in outside sales, is highly desirable.
  • Communication and Negotiation Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Time Management and Self-Motivation: Ability to work independently and manage time effectively while traveling extensively within the assigned territory.
  • Self-Motivation and Sales Performance: Self-motivated with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the healthcare or correctional facility industries is a plus.
  • Travel Requirements: Willingness to travel extensively, including overnight stays as needed.

What We Offer:

  • Compensation: Compensation is base salary plus commission.
  • Earning Potential: Expect earning potential between $120k to $240k+
