Your Responsibilities
As a key player in our sales team, you will:
- Identify and close new business deals with large enterprise clients.
- Utilize your expertise in prospecting, conducting discovery calls, and delivering impactful sales presentations.
- Negotiate effectively and maintain a strong track record of closing substantial deals.
- Leverage your deep understanding of value-based selling and SaaS technologies to articulate Everlaw's unique value proposition.
- Expand our presence in existing accounts by showcasing how Everlaw can fulfill their eDiscovery and litigation requirements.
Sales Team Dynamics
The Sales team serves as the initial touchpoint for potential Everlaw clients, aiming to create memorable and impactful interactions. We pride ourselves on delivering excellence at every stage of the sales process, from conducting tailored demonstrations to providing compelling proofs of value.
Onboarding and Development
We ensure a smooth transition into your role with comprehensive onboarding sessions covering our products, policies, and team objectives. We encourage continuous learning and growth, trusting that your experience will enhance our team.
Key Activities
In your position, you will:
- Deepen your understanding of Everlaw's software and sales processes.
- Engage with prospects and existing clients to foster relationships.
- Manage your territory and account plans effectively.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to oversee the entire sales cycle.
- Utilize our sales technology stack to identify and close new opportunities.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A proven track record in selling SaaS platforms to new accounts, with a history of exceeding quotas.
- At least 7 years of successful experience in Enterprise SaaS sales.
- A strong motivation to achieve personal and team goals.
- The ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
Preferred Experience
Experience in selling legal technologies and familiarity with sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC will be advantageous.
Compensation and Benefits
The expected On Target Earnings (OTE) for this role is $280,000, with a base salary of $140,000. Additional benefits include equity programs, retirement plans, health coverage, and generous paid time off.
