POSITION OVERVIEW:

The Early Careers recruiting division is dedicated to establishing a robust talent pipeline for Johnson Controls, and we are in search of two enthusiastic and driven contract Recruiters to join our vibrant team.

This hybrid role requires working from our Glendale, WI headquarters two days a week, concentrating on Corporate and Sales positions.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement a strategic recruiting plan targeting specific universities to attract a diverse range of candidates.
2. Cultivate relationships with university career centers, student organizations, and relevant academic departments.
3. Advocate for our brand on campuses to maintain a strong pipeline of new graduates.
4. Oversee the complete recruiting lifecycle for Early Careers positions.
5. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the interview process.
6. Monitor and analyze recruiting metrics to identify trends and refine strategies for optimal outcomes.

Required Qualifications:
- 1 to 2 years of experience in Early Careers Recruiting.
- Over 1 year of comprehensive technical recruiting experience in a dynamic environment.
- At least 1 year of sourcing expertise for technical and/or sales roles.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in MS Office, including Excel and PowerPoint.
- Proven ability to deliver results and build relationships with business partners and team members.
- A strong commitment to providing an outstanding experience for hiring managers and candidates alike.
- Effective stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree completed.
- U.S. work authorization without the need for future visa sponsorship.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience with Workday ATS.

Compensation:
This is an hourly position with a starting rate of $34 to $37 per hour, commensurate with experience. Employment will be facilitated through AgileOne, with the potential for transition to a full-time role at Johnson Controls.
