Sales Development Manager

Job Summary
">We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team at City Wide Facility Solutions. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating new business leads and developing strong relationships with clients in the Southwest Los Angeles area.

- Identify and qualify potential clients through proactive cold calls, emails, and foot canvassing to generate appointments.">
- Manage the sales process by scheduling appointments, understanding account requirements, and creating customized sales proposals based on specific client needs.">
- Closes sales by building rapport with potential clients/decision makers, selling our unique value proposition, and overcoming objections.">
- Conduct a minimum of 25 hours of prospecting each week.">
- Maintain all customer information, including call activity and notes, client information, and appointment information, utilizing our CRM system.">
- Establish relationships with property managers and key industry association members to develop a large pipeline.">
- Maintain a positive work atmosphere by behaving and communicating in a manner that promotes collaboration with Clients, co-workers, and supervisors.">
Compensation Package
">The compensation package includes a base salary, quarterly bonus, and an uncapped commission structure. Based on performance, this role has the potential to exceed $120,000 in annual earnings.

- 3+ years of outside B2B sales experience, preferably in outside sales.">
- Demonstrated track record of success, meeting sales quotas for two consecutive calendar years.">
- Strong skill set for prospecting and developing a territory.">
- Proficiency in CRM systems, including organization of key sales data.">
- Prior sales training certificate, such as Sandler, President's Club, or Dale Carnegie, is preferred.">
- Experience closing short-cycle B2B sales.">
- Outgoing, dynamic personality with a self-motivated approach and result-driven attitude.">
- Ability to coordinate team activities and work effectively with operations and marketing teams.">
- Strong communication and presentation skills.">
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).">
