Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Human Resources Manager to join our team. As a Human Resources Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the HR department, including recruitment, employee relations, payroll, and benefits administration. You will work closely with the regional HR Director and the corporate HR team to develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's overall goals.

Responsibilities
  • Manage all aspects of the HR department, including recruitment, employee relations, payroll, and benefits administration.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's overall goals.
  • Work closely with the regional HR Director and the corporate HR team to ensure that HR initiatives are aligned with the company's mission and vision.
  • Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters, including benefits, payroll, and performance management.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personnel files and benefits information.
  • Prepare and maintain employment status reports for payroll, HR, and compliance purposes.
  • Process and maintain all workers' compensation claims, unemployment requests, FMLA, and leaves of absence.
  • Provide services that include applicant sourcing, recruiting, and employee orientation.
  • Establish employee relations and help maintain a culture of excellence.
  • Do payroll weekly.
  • Maintain compliance for all regulatory bodies.
  • Enable our employees to deliver the highest quality care to the patients we serve.
  • Implement and drive strategies for keeping each other safe.
  • Strategically plan and handle recruitment and retention functions.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field required.
  • 3 years Human Resources experience required.
  • Previous HR experience in a healthcare facility with exposure to Joint Commission and CMS preferred.
  • Expertise in benefit administration, HR, and Employee Relations functions, payroll administration, and state and federal employment laws.
