- Implement a sales process to schedule prospects into introductory classes and workshops
- Drive and increase membership sales through effective sales techniques and customer engagement
- Manage staff schedules and ensure optimal staffing levels to meet customer demand
- Ensure accurate inventory counts and maintain a well-stocked retail area
- Train and supervise sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
- Hire and manage instructors at the studio, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction
- Proficiently use ClubReady software to track revenue reports, attendance, and other key performance indicators
- Review instructor evaluations and provide mentorship and disciplinary action as needed
- Make independent decisions related to high-level customer service and resolve customer complaints
- Collect outstanding dues and maintain accurate financial records
- Maintain a clean and organized studio environment, adhering to Club Pilates' standards and policies
- Enforce Club Pilates' policies and procedures, ensuring compliance and consistency across all locations
- Schedule and participate in networking and community events, as well as studio promotions and marketing campaigns
- 2+ years of experience in retail, service sales, or fitness sales
- Confident in generating personal sales and training sales associates in sales techniques
- Ability to manage and drive multiple revenue streams, including memberships, retail, private training, and teacher training
- Fluent in English and excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to excel in a fast-changing, diverse environment and adapt to new challenges
- Ability to recognize areas of improvement and make changes using good judgment
- An affinity and passion for fitness and wellness
- Solid writing and grammar skills
- Highly organized, proficient in data management, and able to prioritize and meet deadlines
- Professional, punctual, reliable, and neat
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Trustworthy and able to handle confidential information
