We're seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Construction Group's client relationships and drive business development campaigns. If you have a proven track record in recruiting construction professionals and leading business development initiatives, we want to hear from you.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing a recruiting team's production and assigning daily tasks and responsibilities
  • Evaluating work product, coaching, mentoring, and training team members as needed
  • Developing and executing business development strategies to pursue new market share
  • Collaborating with firm leadership to drive growth and success
