About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Associate to join our team at American Express Global Business Travel. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for generating new sales in the Small, Medium, Enterprise Market segment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the SME market
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key internal partners and senior-level client contacts
  • Provide integrated solutions to help corporations manage and optimize their travel spend/investment
  • Build and maintain a comprehensive network to successfully navigate client organizations
  • Deliver client-specific solutions and provide consultative selling skills to potential customers

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of business development experience
  • Strong industry experience and knowledge of technology solutions
  • Proven innovative problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills
  • Exceptional relationship management and consultative sales skills
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to handle objections
  • Highly articulate written and verbal communication skills
