Key Responsibilities:

  • Responding to incoming phone inquiries
  • Routing calls to the appropriate departments or personnel
  • Coordinating service appointments for customers
  • Welcoming customers and guiding them to the correct areas
  • Managing customer interactions and processing payments
  • Balancing cash drawers and handling credit card/check transactions

Preferred Skills:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Exchange/Outlook)
  • Familiarity with ADP/CDK DMS systems
