Job Description

**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Language Services Coordinator to join our team at Back to Basics Learning Dynamics. As a key member of our Language Department, you will be responsible for coordinating translation and interpretation services, handling customer inquiries, and ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with translators and other staff members to ensure timely and accurate completion of translation and interpretation projects.
  • Review and verify weekly scheduled jobs for accuracy and completion, ensuring compliance with payroll and billing requirements.
  • Collaborate with clients to ensure academic, technical, and legal compliance of work.
  • Process payroll every other week and provide a monthly report of all jobs.
  • Participate in the development of policies and strategies, and implement their execution.
  • Provide technical assistance and customer service to internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Sound judgment, initiative, professionalism, flexibility, and aptitude for administrative detail.
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university in education, foreign language, or a related field.
  • Three (3) years of professional experience in an administrative or office setting, with prior experience in scheduling jobs a plus.
  • Exceptional communication skills for customer service via email and phone.
  • Evidence of fluency in English and another language is a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and TEAMS.
