Key Responsibilities- **Client Service Delivery**
- Ensure consistent delivery of the CSC Promise to clients
- Coordinate daily workflow to ensure all work is covered and prioritized
- Communicate resource needs to Market Leaders
- **Team Management**
- Drive teammates to meet goals and deadlines
- Monitor and report progress results to the team daily
- **Project Coordination**
- Coordinate and assist with projects received from internal teams
- Act as a service escalation point for CSPs in the region
- **Process Improvement**
- Participate in the DBS Service Excellence (SET) and Change Coach Teams
- Provide regular updates and insights to the Service Teams
- **Analytical Skills**
- Analytical mindset with the ability to seek to understand, make recommendations, and problem-solve
- **Technical Skills**
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, including advanced Excel skills
- **Communication Skills**
