The Corporation Service Company (CSC) is seeking a highly skilled Client Service Coordinator to join our Digital Brand Services team. As a Client Service Coordinator, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional client experiences and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • **Client Service Delivery**
    • Ensure consistent delivery of the CSC Promise to clients
    • Coordinate daily workflow to ensure all work is covered and prioritized
    • Communicate resource needs to Market Leaders
  • **Team Management**
    • Drive teammates to meet goals and deadlines
    • Monitor and report progress results to the team daily
  • **Project Coordination**
    • Coordinate and assist with projects received from internal teams
    • Act as a service escalation point for CSPs in the region
  • **Process Improvement**
    • Participate in the DBS Service Excellence (SET) and Change Coach Teams
    • Provide regular updates and insights to the Service Teams
Requirements
  • **Analytical Skills**
    • Analytical mindset with the ability to seek to understand, make recommendations, and problem-solve
  • **Technical Skills**
    • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, including advanced Excel skills
  • **Communication Skills**
    • Strong negotiation, listening, and communication skills, both verbal and written
