Position Overview - Your Role:

Are you enthusiastic about sales? Join the leading Customer Experience Team in the Omaha Metro Area at H+H Group as a Client Appointment Specialist. In this role, you will manage all online and telephone sales inquiries, assess customer needs, and schedule appointments for our sales representatives. Our goal is to deliver a Best-in-Class experience to customers across all our brands.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engaging with customers who inquire online about specific vehicles through various communication channels (text, phone, or email).
  • Scheduling appointments for customers to visit our dealerships.
  • Updating customer information as necessary.
  • Maintaining effective communication with our sales department staff.
Work Schedule: Rotating shifts include 8am-5pm, 9am-6pm, 11am-8pm, and every third Saturday.

Qualifications - Skills for Success:
  • Minimum of 1 year of general business experience preferred.
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
  • Proficient in computer and technology applications.
  • Reliable attendance with minimal absences.
  • High energy coupled with a positive attitude.
  • Able to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
  • Detail-oriented approach.
