Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team at Minutemen Staffing. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing client accounts, maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, and ensuring efficient workflow and timely delivery of projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Account Management: Assist the Creative Director in managing client accounts, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organizing follow-ups.
  • Project Coordination: Work closely with the design and production teams to ensure efficient workflow and timely delivery of printing projects.
  • Client Communication: Act as a liaison between clients and the creative team, ensuring clear communication and understanding of project requirements.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain relationships with key clients to ensure their satisfaction and retention.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the Creative Director, including data entry, filing, and other tasks as needed.
Requirements
  • Experience: Proven experience in account management or client services, preferably in the printing or creative industry.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and nurture client relationships.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in project management tools and software, as well as Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strategic and proactive mindset, with the capacity to problem-solve and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Industry Knowledge: Passion for the creative process and a keen interest in the printing industry.
  • Software Skills: Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite.
