Key Responsibilities
- Deliver technical assistance to users by diagnosing and resolving issues.
- Assist clients both remotely and in-person by identifying problems and guiding them through solutions.
- Manage support tickets daily, ensuring proper distribution and escalation using Jira Service Management.
- Handle Microsoft AD/0365 account setup and management.
- Oversee service agreements for office equipment maintenance.

Required Qualifications
- 2-4 years of relevant experience in a similar position.
- Proficiency in configuring and troubleshooting Windows 10 and/or Windows 11.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience managing Active Directory.

- Capability to produce technical documentation and training materials.
