Your role will involve immersing yourself in the unique culture of each client, crafting designs that narrate the stories of the individuals who inhabit them. Become part of a team that takes pride in its rich legacy and the strong client relationships developed over decades.

As an Architectural Project Leader, you will collaborate closely with Project Architects and Project Managers, assisting with documentation, design, and coordination in alignment with project objectives. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between innovative design and technical execution, demonstrating leadership in producing outstanding architectural solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support and guide creative technical design and detailing choices that align with project objectives, considering their implications on cost, construction, sustainability, and other critical factors.
  • Lead the integration of relevant codes, zoning regulations, and best practices tailored to the market.
  • Excel in documenting the project’s bidding and construction processes.
  • Understand the relationship between design aspirations and technical necessities, executing tasks accordingly.
  • Oversee and coordinate project elements, including consultants, codes, and specifications.
  • Provide recommendations to the Project Manager regarding team assignments and overall project strategy.

Qualifications:

  • A degree in Architecture or a related discipline.
  • 3-10 years of professional experience in architectural drafting.
  • Proficiency in Revit is preferred.
  • Experience with 3D modeling, illustration, and research into codes and zoning is advantageous.
