Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify proposal opportunities and provide clients with detailed qualifications, pricing, and estimates.
  • Conduct site visits to determine boring locations and assess site conditions.
  • Oversee project budgets and ensure effective management throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Process soil samples for comprehensive analysis.
  • Direct and execute geotechnical project tasks, including engineering assessments, report generation, field exploration, and laboratory testing.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Perform on-site observations, sample collection, and specialized tests related to geotechnical investigations.
  • Participate in project site meetings.
  • Maintain effective communication with clients via phone and email.
Qualifications for Success:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Geology, or a related discipline.

• Preferred experience of 1 to 5 years; however, entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.

• Daily office attendance is required during standard business hours.

• A willingness to work in both office and field environments, with a majority of time spent in an office setting.

Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to lift and move objects weighing between 30 to 50 pounds on occasion.
  • Effective auditory communication skills for receiving detailed information.
  • Capability to kneel and squat as needed.
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
