Your Role:

In this role, you will:

  • Develop core architectural principles for our hybrid environment, ensuring alignment with security standards and quality benchmarks.
  • Provide expert consulting on infrastructure design for applications utilized by our business partners.
  • Create comprehensive documentation that outlines design specifications, network infrastructure, and security protocols.
  • Collaborate closely with business partners to evaluate new application proposals for integration within our technology framework.
  • Lead discussions in Architecture Review Board meetings, presenting innovative design patterns and offering constructive feedback.
  • Establish functional requirements for the services supported by Product Technology.
  • Oversee technical aspects during project initiation and design phases, working alongside project managers.
  • Conduct limited scope Proofs of Concept (PoCs) to evaluate new infrastructure components.
  • Design infrastructure blueprints that provide robust implementation guidelines for the entire team.
  • Work with DevSecOps teams to ensure seamless integration of application designs.
  • Implement security and compliance measures for new designs and PoCs.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A strong passion for IT, Infrastructure, and Architecture.
  • A degree in computer science, networking, or a related field, with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience.
  • At least 5 years of experience in an architect or principal engineer role across multiple technologies.
  • 4+ years of experience with Azure services.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging with various organizational levels.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and meet deadlines.
