We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Youth Outdoors Crew Leader to join our team at Conservation Corps. As a Crew Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of youth members in a variety of outdoor conservation and education projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of 2-8 youth members in outdoor conservation and education projects
  • Develop and implement project plans, including project goals, timelines, and budgets
  • Collaborate with program staff and community partners to identify project opportunities and develop partnerships
  • Provide training and mentorship to youth members on outdoor skills, leadership, and teamwork
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of all team members and participants
Requirements
  • Ability to work well in a team environment and lead a team of youth members
  • Experience in outdoor education, conservation, or a related field
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to adapt to changing project needs and priorities
  • Commitment to upholding the values of Conservation Corps, including safety, justice, stewardship, community, and leadership
