Job Description
The selected candidate will serve as a pivotal figure within the housing division, fulfilling roles such as project leader, architect, and job captain. Responsibilities include overseeing the creation of detailed technical drawings and specifications, coordinating interdisciplinary efforts, and managing construction administration tasks throughout various projects.

Key responsibilities include:
- Defining precise parameters for design projects, including regulatory compliance, site limitations, budgetary constraints, and scheduling considerations.
- Evaluating building system alternatives along with their performance metrics and cost implications.
- Aiding in the presentation and communication of design documents.
- Supporting the daily operations of the architectural team, ensuring progress and maintaining high technical standards for construction documents.
- Conducting quality assessments of assigned projects.
- Demonstrating the ability to detail architectural components within documentation.
