Position Overview:
Braun Intertec is in search of a Geotechnical Project Engineer to operate from our Bloomington, Minnesota office. This role involves overseeing moderately to highly intricate geotechnical projects, delivering the technical acumen necessary to surpass client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Cultivate and sustain relationships with both internal and external clients, engaging in project and non-project related face-to-face discussions.
2. Lead a technical or project-oriented team.
3. Draft proposals for moderate to complex initiatives.
4. Develop and implement comprehensive scopes, and prepare engineering reports that provide professional insights and practical geotechnical solutions.
5. Oversee project management (scope, schedule, budget).
6. Conduct engineering analyses utilizing company and industry methodologies and standards.
7. Mentor junior engineering personnel.
8. Adhere to corporate health and safety policies.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree (BS) in geotechnical, civil, or a related engineering field is required.
- A Master's degree (MS) in geotechnical, civil, or a related engineering field is preferred.
- Minimum of six years of experience in geotechnical engineering.
- Experience in managing client relationships, vendor management, and team leadership is preferred.
- Professional Engineer registration/licensure in MN, or the ability to obtain it within six months.
- Capability to lift between 30 to 50 pounds periodically.
