Key Responsibilities
  • Provide top-notch customer service to clients, responding to their inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work closely with our team to ensure seamless communication and coordination, ensuring that all client needs are met.
  • Process customer transactions, including fuel sales, parking, and other services, accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to company standards and procedures.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge, staying up-to-date on company policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred.
  • Minimum 18 years of age; valid state license required where applicable.
  • Professional appearance and strong communication skills essential.
  • Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to lift light to moderately heavy items and work in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Three to six months experience in aviation, FBO, hospitality, or customer service.
  • Knowledge of radio procedures and protocols a plus.
