Key Responsibilities

  • Dispatch service requests and ensure the completion of all work orders
  • Conduct pre- and post-arrival hospitality calls to ensure guest satisfaction
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in a customer service role
  • Hotel, vacation ownership, or vacation rental experience is a plus
  • Ability to work on weekends and full-time in Hilton Head, SC
