Customer Service Representative

Enterprise Mobility operates the Enterprise Rent-A-Car, National Car Rental, and Alamo car rental brands. As a leading provider of mobility solutions, we are committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing superior customer service, facilitating the rental process, and ensuring a positive experience for all customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet and greet customers in a professional, friendly, and timely manner
- Provide efficient customer service by understanding and communicating rental terms and conditions, vehicle features, and other services
- Offer additional customer assistance by providing directions, maps, local area information, and service information
- Answer incoming calls for reservations, rate quotes, general questions, and provide information and resolution for customers, other branches, and vendors
- Place outgoing calls for callback management and miscellaneous calls as assigned
- Assist in assessing the condition of rental vehicles upon return
- Notify management of any known customer or vehicle problems
Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High School Diploma or G.E.D. required
- Minimum of 1 year prior customer service retail or administrative support experience
- Authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship
- Valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record in the past 3 years
- No drug or alcohol-related conviction on driving record in the past 5 years
