Position Overview:
As an Office Administration Coordinator, you will collaborate with a team of dedicated professionals committed to supporting children with special needs. This role is essential in providing administrative assistance to our educational programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with school personnel and families to deliver administrative support and front desk operations.
  • Facilitate communication with school leadership, colleagues, students, and external partners to relay important information.
  • Organize and manage schedules for school administrators.
  • Gather and maintain student-specific data and records.
  • Ensure accurate student information is available to relevant parties upon request.

Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED required; Administrative Training Certificate preferred.
  • 1-2 years of experience in an educational environment is necessary.
  • Completion of pre-employment physical, TB, and drug screening is required.
  • State criminal and child abuse clearance, along with FBI fingerprinting, is mandatory.

Work Schedule:
  • Full-time, 8-hour shifts, Monday to Friday.

Work Environment:
This position requires in-person attendance at our facility.
