Role Summary:


As a Testing Center Coordinator, you will be instrumental in facilitating the efficient functioning of our examination facility by delivering exceptional client service, supervising assessment sessions, and enforcing rigorous security protocols.

Your responsibilities will include effectively managing a substantial number of appointments, confirming candidate identities, and diligently observing exam sessions to uphold integrity and security standards.


Key Responsibilities:

Client Interaction:

  • Welcome candidates with a friendly demeanor and assist them with any questions or concerns in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Provide clear instructions to candidates regarding examination procedures, policies, and technical requirements.
  • Resolve candidate issues swiftly and effectively to ensure a satisfactory testing experience.

Appointment Coordination:

  • Manage a high volume of appointments, approximately 20 per session, while ensuring organization and compliance with scheduling protocols.

Identity Verification:

  • Authenticate candidate identification documents in accordance with the organization's stringent guidelines and procedures.
  • Ensure the accuracy of candidate information and registration details in the system.

Examination Oversight:

  • Conduct comprehensive pre-examination checks to ensure the testing environment adheres to security and comfort standards.
  • Vigilantly monitor examination sessions to deter cheating or misconduct, while maintaining a supportive and unobtrusive presence.
  • Address any irregularities or technical issues that may arise during examinations, following established resolution protocols.

Administrative Duties:

  • Keep precise records of candidate attendance, examination sessions, and any incidents or concerns that occur during testing.
  • Complete administrative tasks such as processing candidate registrations and reports as required by organizational protocols.
Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Prior experience in customer service, administration, or a related field is advantageous.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse individuals.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to adhere to strict procedures and guidelines.
  • Proficiency in basic Microsoft Office applications and familiarity with office software.

  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Willingness to uphold the organization's code of conduct and maintain the integrity of the testing process.
  • Ability to travel as needed.
  • Ability to comply with organizational conduct policies.
