Job Title: Data Administrator | Reports To: Commercial Operations Manager | Location: Homestead, Florida

Job Summary:

The Data Administrator will play a key role in managing and maintaining the data integrity of inventory transfer manifests, conducting inventory audits and reports, and performing month-end inventory transfer reconciliations. This position requires collaboration with finance, operations, and compliance teams to ensure accurate and efficient data management in compliance with state regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Inventory Management:

o Administer and maintain accurate records of inventory transfer manifests.

o Assist in the daily processing of inventory transactions, ensuring proper documentation and data entry.

2. Data Administration:

o Perform regular data entry and updates in inventory management systems.

o Generate and review inventory reports to monitor stock levels and ensure data accuracy.

3. Inventory Audits:

o Conduct routine inventory audits to verify stock levels and reconcile discrepancies.

o Prepare audit reports and collaborate with finance and operations teams to address any inconsistencies.

4. Month-End Reconciliation:

o Assist in month-end inventory transfer reconciliations to ensure accurate financial reporting.

o Coordinate with the finance team to resolve any issues related to inventory discrepancies.

5. Compliance and Reporting:

o Ensure all data management practices comply with state regulations and industry standards.

o Support compliance audits by providing accurate data and documentation as required.

6. Collaboration:

o Work closely with finance, operations, and compliance teams to streamline data processes and resolve issues.

o Provide support and training to team members on data-related processes and systems.

7. Process Improvement:

o Identify and recommend improvements to data management processes and inventory systems.

o Implement best practices to enhance data accuracy and operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Data Management, or a related field; or equivalent work experience.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in data administration, inventory management, or a similar role.

• Strong understanding of data management principles and inventory control practices.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data management software; experience with inventory management systems is a plus.

• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

• Knowledge of medical marijuana regulations and compliance in Florida is highly desirable.

Additional Requirements:

• Must pass a background check and drug screening as required by state regulations.

• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

Work Environment:

• This position will primarily be based at our Medical Marijuana Treatment Center in Florida.

• Standard office hours with occasional requirements to work beyond normal business hours as needed.

Starting Wage: $48,000 per year. The Flowery offers yearly (or performance based) evaluations per the company's discretion. All Full Time employees automatically qualify for benefits, PTO & Paid Holidays after their probationary period; which is 30 days. Starting wages are determined by several factors including experience.
