Your Impact:
Lutheran Life Communities is in search of an Admissions Specialist to play a crucial role in enhancing community success through effective sales strategies directed at potential clients across various care levels. This position is essential in maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. By identifying opportunities to foster partnerships with professional and referral sources, the specialist aids in strengthening community relationships and broadening service outreach.
Coordinating with prospective clients, their families, caregivers, and other professionals ensures a smooth transition into our community, while also guiding residents and patients towards Lutheran Life Communities' services when necessary, promoting ongoing support and care.
Schedule: This is a full-time role, Monday through Friday, with occasional weekends and holidays required.
Qualifications:
- An Associate degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical institution, or at least one year of relevant healthcare experience in marketing or admissions; or a suitable combination of education and experience.
- Proficiency in utilizing advanced CRM technology is essential.
- Efficiency in Microsoft Office applications is required.
