Healthcare Liaison Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Healthcare Liaison Specialist to join our team at Grande Pointe Healthcare Community. As a key member of our sales and marketing team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with hospitals and healthcare professionals to drive referrals and admissions to our long-term care facilities.
Key Responsibilities- Establish and Maintain Relationships
Build and maintain strong relationships with physicians, discharge planners, and other healthcare professionals at hospitals to ensure referral and admissions growth.
Sales and MarketingDevelop and execute sales strategies to meet census goals, including cold calling and contact planning with hospitals.
Pre-Admission AssessmentsPerform pre-admission assessments of the clinical status of patient referrals and evaluate patient needs to ensure a smooth transition to our facilities.
Education and SupportServe as an educational resource for patients, families, hospitals, and healthcare professionals, providing information and support to ensure the best possible outcomes.
Marketing Activity MonitoringMonitor and track marketing activity through CRM software to optimize sales and marketing efforts.
Requirements- 2+ years' experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the long-term care industry.
- RN, LPN, LSW, or other medical credentials preferred.
- Established referral contacts and community relationships.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales and marketing goals.
