Job Title: Human Resources Analyst

At Titan America, we are seeking a skilled Human Resources Analyst to join our Corporate Center team in Norfolk, Virginia or Deerfield Beach, Florida. As a key member of our HR team, you will be responsible for creating, managing, and analyzing advanced reports within our UKG Pro Payroll and Workforce Management systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop complex reports to support HR operations and business decision-making, utilizing advanced Cognos BI writing skills.
  • Maintain existing UKG scheduled reports and data views, ensuring accuracy and security.
  • Collaborate with process owners to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data interfaces from and to the UKG Pro system.
  • Provide training and support to HR, payroll, and/or managers on how to effectively use UKG reporting tools and interpret data.
  • Support report requests for internal and external audits, ensuring compliance and confidentiality.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest UKG features and industry best practices to continuously improve reporting processes and data management.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Data Analytics, or related field.
  • Advanced knowledge of the UKG BI Report Writer tool and the packages contained in the UKG PRO and Workforce Management systems.
  • Advanced Excel knowledge, including creating macros and pivot tables.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with internal and external customers on analytics projects.
  • Self-starter, results-oriented, with a proven record of instituting continuous improvement.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
