Position Overview:
PeopleShare is seeking a skilled Human Resources Lead for a client specializing in outdoor power equipment and retail sales. This role is essential for overseeing HR functions with an emphasis on enhancing employee engagement, developing policies, and managing benefits administration.

Job Details:
  • Schedule: 8 am to 5 pm
  • Compensation: $70,000 - $80,000
  • Employment Type: Direct Hire
  • Benefits: Medical, Dental, Short and Long-term Disability, Company-paid life insurance, 401(k) plan, and Paid Time Off

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and administer employee benefits programs, ensuring compliance and maximizing employee satisfaction.
  • Lead initiatives to foster employee engagement and maintain a motivated workforce.
  • Develop, implement, and uphold HR policies and procedures that align with organizational goals and legal standards.
  • Supervise and mentor one direct report, providing guidance to support their professional development.
  • Collaborate with leadership to ensure HR strategies are aligned with business objectives.

Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated HR experience, ideally within outdoor power equipment or retail sectors.
  • SHRM certification (SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP) or equivalent is required.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related discipline.
  • Proven leadership experience with a track record of managing HR functions effectively.
  • Strong understanding of benefits administration and policy formulation.
