Sales Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our team at Amplify. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with key buying stakeholders in accounts, including Superintendents, Curriculum Directors, Department Heads, teachers, and other influential school district contacts.
Responsibilities- Develop and maintain expertise in Amplify's products and services.
- Conduct high-quality, consultative discussions to identify customer needs and align Amplify's products and services to address those needs.
- Achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of the educational marketplace, industry trends, funding developments, and Amplify products.
- Build and nurture relationships with key buying stakeholders in accounts.
- Provide timely and accurate reporting of pipeline, forecasts, account plans, and territory management activities as required.
- Develop and maintain a business pipeline of prospective clients and assume all territory management in assigned territory.
- Gain customer commitments and advance opportunities through the sales process.
- Continually prospect for new business throughout the calendar year.
- Conduct customer-facing meetings in schools and district offices.
- Research territory trends, competition, and funding sources to strategically drive new sales.
- Devise and implement effective campaigns within assigned region.
- Bachelor's Degree.
- Able to travel and willing to commit to a heavy travel schedule (60-70% when travel).
- Excellent verbal, written, and comprehension skills.
- 5+ years successful direct sales experience or experience in the education field.
- Teaching or education tech/publishing experience.
- Reside within assigned territory.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Strong presentation skills.
- Experience selling to schools and districts within the assigned region.
Salary is only one component of the Amplify Total Rewards package, which includes a lucrative 401(k) plan, incentive stock options, competitive health insurance and mental health options, basic life insurance, paid time off, parental leave, and access to best-in-class development programs. The gross salary range for this role is $90,000 - $100,000. This role is eligible for commissions-based pay.
